Valid U.S. Driver’s License

Insurance:
Provide one of the following:
1) Proof of Personal Auto Insurance
2) Purchase Collision Protection through Parlay
(Note: Collision Protection is not liability coverage.)

Residency Verification:
Provide 2 of the following:
– Current Utility Bill
– Recent Paycheck Stub
– Current Bank Statement

Smoking Policy:
No Smoking
Violation subject to $500 fine
